Lake Rudolph is a fun campground (well resort really) in Santa Claus, Indiana right next to the Holiday World amusement park.  The campground is huge and has all sorts of amenities and opportunities for family fun.

Camping at Lake Rudolph in Santa Claus, Indiana.

My youngest daughter is a roller coaster fanatic, so for her birthday we headed to Holiday World so she could ride their wooden roller coasters.  During our stay, we camped at Lake Rudolph.

Lake Rudolph has a pool, mini golf, gem mining, an ice cream shop, paddleboats, fishing, and lots of planned activities.  It was a great place to serve as our home base as we visited Holiday World and the town of Santa Claus.

The Raven roller coaster at Holiday World runs right past Lake Rudolph.

We had a large campsite near the campground’s namesake lake.  As an added bonus, the track for the Raven roller coaster at Holiday World ran right near the edge of the lake.  So we enjoyed watching it for a bit after we arrived at the campground.
